Place Bridge sources host workplaces, matches students to them, and manages every placement from the first call through to completion — tracked end to end in one portal.
100% first-attempt placement completion across supported cohorts.
The same eight stages for every student, every cohort, every RTO — so nothing is lost between enrolment and completion.
Every student moves through the same nine stages. Students, RTOs and host facilities all see the same live status — no status emails, no chasing.
Students, RTOs and host facilities all work from the same portal — live status, appointments, documents, rosters and travel distance.
Availability, qualification and travel distance weighed together — not searched by hand.
One live status everyone shares. No update emails, no chasing.
Agreements, inductions and evidence filed against the student, ready for audit.
Roster moves and date changes notify the student straight away.
Students who need placement hours. RTOs who need them sourced and evidenced. Facilities who host them.
If your course requires placement hours, we find the host workplace and manage the whole thing — you track it in the portal and turn up ready.
Student services →Hand placement sourcing to us and see every student's status in real time, with an audit-ready record behind each one.
RTO services →Host facilities onboard, list every branch, manage rosters and documents, and reach students already in our pool.
Industry services →The things students, RTOs and facilities ask us most often.
Place Bridge is a placement company. We source host workplaces, match students to them, and manage each placement from the first call through to signed-off completion. We work with three groups: students who need placement hours, registered training organisations who need those placements sourced and evidenced, and host facilities who take students on.
We are not a registered training organisation ourselves. Qualifications are delivered by the RTOs on our panel.
Most students are matched to a host workplace within a few business days of giving us their qualification, location and availability. The time from match to first shift depends on the host's induction and interview schedule, which is typically another one to two weeks.
You can see exactly where you sit at any time — every placement moves through nine tracked stages in the portal.
No. If you are already enrolled with another registered training organisation and your course requires placement hours, you can still apply for placement support. We just need the placement requirements your RTO has set so we match you to a host that meets them.
It is the shared workspace for everyone involved in a placement. Students see their stage, their host details, travel directions and their documents. RTOs see live status for every student in a cohort and can export audit-ready records. Host facilities manage rosters, documents and their branch locations, and can search students near each site.
Matching is AI-assisted: the portal scores students against available host workplaces on qualification, location and availability so the best fit surfaces first.
Aged care, disability support, childcare and early learning, commercial cookery, community services, business and administration, and information technology. Coverage is strongest across Victoria and expanding nationally.
No. Onboarding a facility onto the portal is free. You set your own capacity per branch and only receive students within that limit.
Partner RTOs can create a profile on the portal and list their qualifications along with their pricing. Students browse and compare courses, then enquire with the RTO directly. Placement is arranged alongside the enrolment.
Yes. If you already host students, you can register them on the portal and manage their rosters, documents and notifications the same way as students we place with you — one system for everyone on site.
A fifteen-minute call is enough to scope your cohort, your qualifications and your placement timeline.
